OUR CURRENT VACANCIES
Due to the development of the Rural Property Sales and Valuation Team, we are seeking a qualified RICS Surveyor with several years demonstrable sales and valuation experience within the rural sector.
Due to expansion with the Agricultural Department, we are also seeking a qualified RICS & DAAV Rural Surveyor. The successful candidate will have several years demonstrable experience within the sector, being able to work independently with the rural team, advising on a range of professional matters.
As a newly qualified graduate you will be motivated, organised, with a keen eye for detail with the ability to work as part of an established team but also independently as required. We have an excellent success record with full training provided for APC and CAAV exams.
We are looking to recruit a Placement Student in Summer 2024 to join our existing team and work across all disciplines. We are seeking an individual that can demonstrate a practical approach to the role and has a keen interest in the rural sector.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Assistant to join the existing multi award-winning Residential Lettings team, working from our Cirencester office.
We are looking for a full-time Lettings Negotiator that is ambitious, career driven and seeking a challenging fast paced, exciting career.
