Viewing is by appointment for the two days (Monday and Tuesday) before the sale.
Registration And Bidding
Sales are currently online only.
You can bid live online (auctions.mooreallen.co.uk/auctions) – please note that there is an online premium and this is set at the point of registration not bidding. If you register though Moore Allen and Innocent’s own website the charge is 4% + VAT, alternatively if you register through the-saleroom.com the charge is 6% + VAT.
Alternatively you may leave a commission bid or telephone bid by contacting our Auction Rooms or completing one of the forms below. This will allow you to leave your maximum bid per lot, we will then bid on your behalf, buying at as low a price as reserve prices or other bids allow. We encourage you to place your commission and telephone bids as early as possible. Requests received on the morning of the sale will be considered but are not guaranteed to be placed.
Buyer's Premium
All lots are subject to a 21% buyer's premium plus VAT at the current level.

Artists' Resale Rights
Please also note, some paintings and works of art may be subject to an additional charge of between 0.25% & 4% plus VAT for artists' resale rights (Droite de suite) for items sold over 1,000 Euros, these items will be marked (ARR) in the catalogue.
Collection of Goods
Collection of goods should be made by close of business on the Tuesday after a sale to avoid storage charges (see below).
Space is a premium asset for the Auction Rooms and so we can continue to offer a professional service to all our customers we have to ensure that goods are collected in a timely manner. The storage charges per buyer are:
- Up to 3 working days after the sale - FREE.
- 4 to 5 working days after the sale - £50.
- 6 to 7 working days after the sale - £100.
- After 7 days - £10 storage charge per lot, per day in addition to the charges outlined above.
Postage and packing/delivery of items can be arranged either in house (UK only) or via one of recommended couriers.
