If you are unable to arrange your own collection/delivery to and from the salerooms, we are happy to help organise quotes and arrange for the collection and delivery of goods prior to and post auction from our list of regular carriers.
We offer a limited in-house packing service to get your item/s to you. In order to be able to quote you for postage and packing we do require you to complete, in full, the postage and packing form which can be downloaded by following the link at the bottom of this page. Please send this completed form to us by either fax, post, email with scanned signature or post within 9 working days of the sale. We have one allocated packing day per sale (which is normally 10 working days after each sale date). If you would like your items to be sent on our packing day, please ensure your invoice has been paid in full & this form fully completed & returned to us by the above deadline. Should you miss this deadline we regret we will be unable to post the item/s until our next packing day.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A MINIMUM HANDLING CHARGE OF £30 plus VAT (more for larger consignments), PLUS POSTAGE AND MATERIALS FOR EACH CONSIGMENT. (We are unable to post items purchased with an individual value of over £500 & there may also be some items which we feel unable to pack). Buyers should also be aware that antiques, collectables, china, glass etc. are not insured by Royal Mail.
