Letting & Marketing Service includes:
Setup Fee: 83.33% +VAT (100%) of the first month's rent
Fully Managed Service
In addition to the letting and marketing service, our Fully Managed Service includes:
Setup Fee: 50 % + VAT (60%) of the first month's rent with an ongoing management charge of 12.5 % + VAT (15%).
Moore Allen & Innocent is a member of the RICS Client Money Protection Scheme, which is a client money protection scheme, and also a member of The Property Ombudsman (TPO) which is a redress scheme.
