Although prospective buyers often view sale particulars on the internet, the 'hard copy' needs to reflect your property in its best light. Your initial involvement with approval of photography, text and floor plans ensures an accurate statement of the property.  We plan marketing campaigns with vendor clients and closely monitor activity levels.

All offices have been independently selected by Cendant Mobility, the world's leading relocation company, which is responsible for moving about 100,000 families worldwide each year and act on behalf of many UK & global companies.

Our Sales Staff
It is extremely important that we maintain high standards and meet client's expectations. Like any business, we are as good as our staff. Most of our key players have been with us for some years. A stable workforce with few staff changes ensures consistency of service. We do not remunerate our sales teams on any form of commission basis; they work solely in your best interests. We continue to invest in training to ensure that they are fully conversant with the ever changing estate agency practices.

What do we Charge?
"It is unwise to pay too much, but it is unwise to pay too little. When you pay too much you lose a little money, that is all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing you bought it to do.
