| Customer Charter - Our committment to you Prior to our appointment we will; Confirm your appointment in writing and enclose a copy of "Our Commitment to You". (If timescales allow. Otherwise, we will leave a copy with you when we first meet). Send an experienced and qualified valuer to your property, at a mutually agreed time. Provide you with a presentation on market conditions at your property. We will also advise on a suitable guide price for marketing your property. Send you a report within 48 hours of our visit. This will provide written confirmation of our marketing recommendations and enclose our Terms of Business. Telephone you within one week of the appointment to discuss whether you would like us to proceed with the marketing of your property.Upon instruction we will: Make an appointment to visit you at your property and take all the details that we need to market your property. Guarantee that all sales particulars will include a minimum of three full colour photographs and floor plans. Prepare a draft copy of your property's details. These will be sent to you within five working days for your approval. Discuss a marketing campaign, which will suit your needs. Make sure that your property appears at least twice within the local press within the first four weeks of our marketing it. Place a 'For Sale board' in a suitable position at your property. Make sure that all three of our Cotswold offices fully market your property. Include your property's details on our website (www.mooreallen.co.uk), which will have a selection of colour photos, room dimensions and description.
