Applicants for rented accommodation will be required to provide suitable references etc.

The following charges are payable by an ingoing tenant prior to the commencement of the tenancy: -

Credit References: £29.79 + VAT (£35.00) per applicant over 18

(Companies:
£ 63.83 + vat (£ 75.00)

To be paid upon application.
Tenancy Agreement Set-up: 25% of monthly rent + VAT To be paid once the references
have been approved.
Rent: One month in advance To be paid prior to the agreed commencement date.
Deposit Minimum one and a half month's rent To be paid prior to the agreed commencement date.

Most rents are exclusive of heat, light, telephone, and Council Tax, water and sewerage charges.

The deposit is held against any damages or dilapidations and is returnable at the end of the tenancy (without interest) subject to satisfactory inspection and no rent arrears. The deposit cannot be used as the last month's rent.
