SITUATION

The property is situated in a beautiful position approximately 1½ miles to the east of Burford in West Oxfordshire, to the north of the A40 highway. The picturesque hamlet of Widford, with its 16th Century manor house and unique church, is located a short walk away.   

DIRECTIONS
From Cirencester, take B4425 Northwest towards Barnsley. Follow the road for approximately 12 miles then turn right onto the A40 towards Burford. Proceed east along the A40 for approximately 2½ miles and turn right signposted Widford, follow the lane down the hill then take the next turning right. The paddock will be found signposted approximately 400 yards on the left-hand side.    


The entrance to the meadow can be found via a small lay-by off of the public highway, also marked with a public footpath sign.
