SITUATION:
The land lies in delightful open countryside approximately half a mile to the south of the village of Ashton Keynes in North Wiltshire. Cirencester is situated approximately 6 miles to the north.

DIRECTIONS:
From Cirencester, take the Ashton Road in a southerly direction. Pass through Siddington village, and after a further 3 miles, go past the turning left to Ashton Keynes and continue in a southerly direction on the B4696 signposted Wootton Bassett. Approximately half a mile after leaving Ashton Keynes village on the left, take the turning left signposted Ashton Keynes, and the property will be found signposted after a short distance on the left hand side.
