NEW GAS MAINS – GET REPRESENTED!

There is a new gas main in the route planning stage set to be built between Wormington and Sapperton. We are aware that National Grid who now build new mains are undergoing a major phase of construction and there may well be other mains which affect land and properties within the Cotswolds and surrounding areas.

Moore Allen & Innocent’s Agricultural team has extensive experience in acting for property owners and farmers affected by such schemes. We will work for clients right from the earliest stages making representations about the proposed routes through to agreeing working methods with contractors, handling any problems which arise during the works and negotiating compensation claims. What’s more all of this can be provided at no expense to the client as agent’s fees are part of the statutory compensation entitlement and will be directly by National Grid.

Our expertise extends not only to gas mains but includes oil and water pipes, road schemes as well as electricity and telecoms equipment. If you have been approached about new equipment being located on your property or indeed repairs or upgrades to existing equipment already then why not give Christopher Graham a ring on 01285 648106 and find out how we can help you.
