The property is situated in a most attractive and peaceful location adjacent to the River Windrush, approximately 1 mile south of the village of Bourton on the Water in the heart of the Cotswold Hills. Stow on the Wold lies approximately 4 miles to the north.

DIRECTIONS:
From the centre of Bourton on the Water, take the Rissington road in an easterly direction signposted for Little Rissington. Immediately after passing the public car park, take the turning right into Marshmouth Lane. At the end of the public road, continue straight on along a gravel drive. Immediately
