Entitlement Trading

 

The Entitlement Trading period for 2008 has now closed. After a late flurry of activity, nearly all available Entitlements were sold with only two part lots of less than one unit each remaining.

Terms and Conditions

  1. All Entitlements are Sold subject to the Transferors agreement and to the Rural Payments Agency effecting the Transfer.
  2. All Entitlements are Sold Subject to Contract
  3. While every effort is made to ensure details are correct Moore Allen & Innocent accept no responsibility for any mis-statements on values, restrictions or quantities.
  4. Moore Allen & Innocent act solely as agent between buyer and seller
  5. Monies will be held in a non-interest bearing client account until the Rural Payments Agency confirms the transfer.
  6. In the event of Entitlements failing to be transferred the sole and only responsibility of Moore Allen & Innocent is to return the money.
  7. Monies will only be paid out on receipt of the relevant documentation from the Rural Payments Agency
It is the responsibility of the Transferor and Transferee to read the guidance and rules supplied by the Rural Payments governing the transfer of Entitlements
