SITUATION:
The property is situated in a beautiful position approximately one mile to
the east of Burford in West Oxfordshire, immediately to the north of the
A40 highway.
DIRECTIONS:
From Burford take the A40 in an easterly direction signposted Witney and
Oxford. After about one mile, take the turning on the left signposted Widford.
Follow the lane down the hill. Go past the turning on the right to Widford
and the property will be found signposted on the right hand side after a
short distance.
DESCRIPTION: The property comprises a delightful parcel of pasture land forming water
